With Pop-Up Pole Fitness Parties, you can customize your experience to fit your specific needs and preferences. Choose from a variety of party add-ons, including themed parties, Custom Design work for your own Pole Party Collection, a Pole Photo Station to capture all the fun and memories.

 

What's included...
-Portable Professional equipment: Our experienced instructors use and set up only the best equipment to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. That means we come set up at your workplace or event space and teach you pole fitness. Set-up fee required.

-Warm-up and conditioning sequence: We start each party with a warm-up and conditioning sequence to prepare your guests' bodies for spins, dismounts, floorwork, and combos.

-Engaging and fun: Our workshops and parties incorporate games and prizes to keep things interesting and engaging for your guests.

-Cool down time: We finish each class with a cool-down to help your guests recover and relax after a challenging workout.

-Open pole time: Your guests will have the opportunity to take photos and try new skills during our open pole time at the end of each class.

-Stir U Pole Fitness
Prep Guide: We provide an optional pole fitness digital video prep guide for you to share in order to help everyone feel less nervous/prepare for the workshop/answer common question.

access to multiple videos from our video library, such as what to wear and what to avoid, a warm-up and conditioning video, A floor work tutorial from The Stir U "Choose your own Pole Fitness Adventure", as well as common after pole recovery tips.

-Easy pre-registration and online forms: We make it easy for your guests to sign up by offering online pre-registration to complete the required standard forms and waivers.

-A Printable PDF Goal Setting Template with complimentary videos to share with your guests. PDF can also be uploaded to favorite note taking app for digital use.

  • How much is it to host a pole party?
    It depends on guest attendance as well as any optional upgrades selected. Depending on the package purchased hosts can save on half or even all of the $250 set-up fee.
  • Can host rewards be exchanged or redeemed for cash?
    No.
  • What if I need to invite more guests after the package I purchased at checkout is filled?
    Don't worry! You get a link that you can send for additional tickets your guests can purchase individually.
  • What is the maximum amount of guests?
    As long as we have enough space, about 12 people total. If the guest list is past 12 we would need to discuss a double event.
  • How do I book a pop-up pole party?

  • How do I earn rewards as a host?
    Its easy... select your desired guest package. Easily invite your guests to your party. Hosts can earn rewards depending on the guests tickets purchased as well as the package purchased. Hosts also earn rewards if guests from your party book a party!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most cards and checks.
  • Is a deposit required to secure the booking?
    At this time we require that all of our affordable packages be paid in full at the time of checkout.
  • Can hosts still qualify for free or discounted set-up fee after checkout, once enough guests signed up?
    No, The set-up fee discount is only redeemable at the time of checkout on specific Pole party Packages and cannot be upgraded afterwards unlike other host rewards.
  • What if not enough people signed up for my party?
    We make it really easy for you to invite guests to your party. You can also encourage guests to bring a friend to be entered into the pole party raffle for a chance to win a prize. You can still refer to the cancellation policy of 14 days. See policy for more details. Or if within enough time we can reschedule your party.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Full payment is required in advance before your party. Some noted event upgrades and add-ons will be sent later via invoice for remaining balance. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, we ask that you please give us at least 14 days' notice if you need to cancel your pole fitness party. This allows us to adjust our schedule and give other interested parties the opportunity to book us. If you cancel with less than 14 days' notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $150. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have limited spots available for our workshops, and late cancellations can prevent others from booking. Stir University, LLC is not responsible for collecting payment from guests from your party package, with the exception of "Extra Tickets" if more are necessary. No refunds will be given for unfilled guest spots. Hosts automatically qualify for the Guest ticket rewards, depending on the party package purchased. If you need to cancel your party, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at our future events. Cancellations made before the 14 days: Will get a full refund/reschedule opportunity. Cancellations must be done in writing, signed, and emailed to 2stiruniversity@gmail.com or equivalent. All of the host and guest rewards are subject to change at anytime, while supplies last and are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • What happens if guests are late?
    Its important to be on time as to not miss the warm-up. Warm-up ups are important to reduce injury. Everyone is required to complete the warm-up in order to participate. It is recommended to be on to time so that the rest of the class does not get interrupted in order to get the late person/people caught up.
  • What should participants wear for the party?
    Participants should wear comfortable workout attire that allows for freedom of movement. It is recommended to wear shorts or leggings and a fitted top that allows for skin grip on the pole. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that could damage the pole or create a pinch point. No lotions or oils. We will provide more detailed guidelines in our digital pole fitness prep guide that participants will receive.
  • Are there any weight or height restrictions for participating in the pole fitness activities?
    Most people are good to go as long as you and your Dr. clear you to participate. If you are tall and we are at a space that only can accommodate our shorter extensions, you might not have as many options for moves that require that full extension. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
  • Do you provide safety instructions or guidelines for guests before the party begins?
    Yes, in the form of a welcome packet/ Virtual Pole Fitness Guide.
  • What safety measures are in place to prevent injuries during the workshops?
    We start to try to prevent injuries BEFORE the event begins by making participants aware of safety procedures in their welcome packet/Pole Fitness Prep Guide. Instructors are certified to teach and knowledgeable. As well as certified in CPR+ First Aid.
  • It's a party, What about alcohol?
    For safety reasons we ask that your party holds off on consuming adult products until after we complete our class.
  • Can guests with no prior pole fitness experience participate in the activities?
    Most of our Pole Fitness Pop-Up Pole Fitness Workshops are beginner friendly.
  • Am I too Fat for pole fitness?
    No, The pole does not care about your size or shape.
  • Am I too Weak for pole fitness?
    No, Most of our workshops are very beginner friendly. For scheduled lessons we gradually build up strength for what we are working on or working towards.
  • What are the prerequisites for participating in the workshops??
    Participants must be 18 years or older to participate in the workshops. No prior experience in pole fitness is required. Our workshops are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. We focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.
  • Am I too OLD for pole fitness?
    No, The pole does not care about your age. About half of our students on tour are 45+
  • Are the workshops suitable for both men and women??
    Absolutely! Our workshops are open to participants of all genders. We believe in promoting inclusivity and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered.
  • What should guests wear to a pop-up pole fitness workshop?
    Participants should wear comfortable workout attire that allows for freedom of movement. It is recommended to wear shorts or leggings and a fitted top that allows for skin grip on the pole. Avoid wearing jewelry or anything that could damage the pole or create a pinch point. No lotions or oils. We will provide more detailed guidelines in our digital pole fitness prep guide that participants will receive. We usually start out barefoot.
  • Are the poles installed securely to ensure safety during the workshop
    Yes, The poles are professional grade XStage Lites made by XPOLE. We run through our safety checklist before class, during and the equipment is also maintained on a routine basis.
  • What type of poles do you use for the pop-up pole workshops?
    We use 1-3 (depending on space and pole availability) 45mm XStage Lites by XPOLE. They are professional, portable equipment and well known in the Pole and Aerial Industry. Most of our poles on tour are either Chrome or Stainless Steel. If you are sensitive to nickel, Stainless Steel is less likely to cause an allergic reaction.
  • What are the space requirements?
    We fit in most spaces. We can address any questions and talk about your space at your free pole fitness consultaion.
  • Can the poles be adjusted to accommodate different ceiling heights?
    Yes, We fit in most places! We have different extensions we can use to adapt to different ceiling heights.
  • What safety measures do you have in place for the workshops?
    Safety is our top priority. Our experienced instructors are trained and certified to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. We will provide a thorough safety briefing at the beginning of each workshop, including proper warm-up techniques and instructions for using the equipment safely. Additionally, our portable poles are top-of-the-line. We also have cleaning proceedures for before, during and after class.
  • Can we host the workshop at our own location?
    Yes, Stir U does not have a physical location! We are a touring company. Our portable equipment allows us to set up the workshop in a variety of spaces, including conference rooms, open areas, or even outdoor locations. Just make sure to provide us with the necessary details about the space.
  • How does the discounted rate work?
    The discounted rate is based on the number of bootcamps your company commits to. Each bootcamp consists of six workshops. The more bootcamps your company commits to, the greater the discount per workshop. We offer tiered pricing to accommodate different commitment levels, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your budget and goals.
  • Do you provide music for the workshops?
    Yes, we will provide playlist of energetic and motivating music for the workshops. However, if your company has any specific music preferences or if you would like to incorporate your own playlist, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
  • Can the workshops be scheduled outside of regular business hours?
    Absolutely! We understand that companies have varying schedules and requirements. We can work with you to find a convenient time for the workshops that aligns with your company's needs. Whether it's during business hours, after work, or even on weekends, we strive to be flexible and accommodating.
  • How long is each workshop, and what equipment is needed?
    It depends on your needs and attendence. We provide most of the necessary portable equipment, including pole, for a successful workshop. Our experienced instructors will set up and take down the equipment before and after each session, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your company.
  • How can we customize the workshops to suit our company's needs?
